Who the heck is Wendy?
Wendy Schofer, MD is a pediatrician, life coach, Navy veteran (retired, Baby!), and mom.
A few years ago, she wasn't celebrating a thing. She was struggling to keep her shit together: frustrated, exhausted, and thinking that she had gone down the wrong path into medicine, and her marriage was struggling. Yet every time she changed paths, the same issues kept coming back.
She needed a break.
More than a rest.
She needed a break from all the BS, trying to fit the mold of physician and mom and community volunteer and supportive wife.
It all changed. Because she changed.
She stopped trying to be on someone else's path - and started owning her own badass self.
