While Wendy's a physician (pediatrician & general medical physician), lifestyle medicine physician for families, multi-certified professional relationship coach and has been practicing for over 20+ years with a specialty in family growth & nutrition and its intersection with mental and emotional health.

But that doesn't mean that she's done it all "the right way." In fact, she's done it very wrong both in the office as well as in her own home learning that the traditional prescriptive approach to family health does.not.work for families today.
