Holiday Stress & Eating Survival Kit

Family Edition

Beat the sugar highs and stress lows with 3 live coaching sessions so you can learn, create a custom plan and practice, with personalized support all along the way. Yes, you can actually enjoy the holidays with your family

You’re here because let's be honest, the holidays feel heavier than they should.

You've been working so hard for your family to eat healthy foods, move regularly and now dread that the nonstop candy-cookies-sweets from October to January will ruin it all.

You don't want to fight over food (again) and you want to actually enjoy the holidays. Peace, silent nights, comfort...

You're not alone - and I know from my work as a pediatrician with parents just like you: you're not struggling because there's something warped about your view of the holidays. You don't have to run away to a desert island that has zero sweets.

In fact, you can enjoy the holidays. And the food. With your kids (no swapping necessary!).

You simply need a plan.

Not just any plan. One that we create together. One that works for YOU.

One that understands that you are working on healthy habits for yourself and your children.

One that understands that sweets are everywhere.

One that understands that turning off the stress of parenting healthy kids isn't about turning off everything you've been working on for months.

And one that understands that your kids are relentless sugar-seeking creatures.

Yeah, I know. Sames.

You just need tools that actually work—without shame, without diet culture, without fear. And a plan to actually use them when you need them most (ahem, holidays and celebrations: I see you coming).

Here’s what you’ll get in the series:

3 live, interactive Zoom sessions with direct coaching + community support

Plan on 60-90 minutes for each call - we will address every question, every parent, every plan

Day 1 -  Pause: Stress Relief & Parent Needs

Saturday Oct 4, 11am ET

You feel maxed out—sugar everywhere, schedules jammed, emotions running high. You're trying to “hold it together” for the family but are running on fumes.

You'll learn:

How to pause before reacting to the chaos.

Simple stress-relief tools that actually fit into real family life.

Why attending to your needs (sleep, quiet, support) matters for everyone’s health and habits.

First day plan: You will shift from running on empty to grounded and calmer. You'll learn about your thermostat adjustment, how to cool your temp and perhaps create a contagious calm at home.

Day 2 – Patterns: Curiosity & Small Shifts

You Choose the time that works best for you: Mon Oct 6 @ 5pm ET or Weds Oct 8 @ Noon ET

Every holiday looks the same right now: sugar highs, meltdowns, food fights, and the frustration that “nothing works.”

You’ll learn:

How to spot recurring patterns in food, stress, and family dynamics.

How to ask: What pattern do we actually want instead?

A challenge to try one small shift or experiment (not an overhaul) to create new momentum.

Second Day Plan: You will stop blaming yourself (and your kids) for repeating the same patterns. You will discover clear spots to help without harm. You will receive all the support to define and test do-able, positive changes—without another diet, food rule, or guilt trip ('cause we are over that bologna!)

Day 3 – Connect: Kids, Emotions & Allyship

Saturday Oct 11, 11am ET

I know, right now you feel alone in the “food fight.” Kids keep begging, negotiating, sneaking candy (often with the help of adult "conspirators" who somehow get to be the "good cop"), while you are left feeling like the bad guy. Disconnection grows.

You’ll learn:

How to connect with kids during holiday stress instead of clashing with them.

How to work with other adults to become the co-conspirator you need

How to listen for the emotions underneath the candy chaos.

Tools to be their child’s ally rather than the candy police.

Plan, activated: You will build stronger emotional connection with your kids, so kids feel heard and supported even when it's time for the candy mainline to stop. Instead of power struggles, you will have a plan to keep practicing for more calm, cooperation, and fun together.
